We are looking for an experienced Beauty Floor Manager to join our team in our Luxury Flagship Store in Liverpool.

Job Description

THE ROLE

As Beauty Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding luxury beauty experience while leading, inspiring, and developing the Beauty team within our flagship store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Deliver a premium, highly personalised service, supported by expert beauty knowledge and product expertise.
• Confidently demonstrate and apply products, offering tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
• Drive individual and team sales performance, taking ownership of KPIs and commercial results.
• Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Ambassadors on the shop floor to achieve their full potential.
• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and proactively drive customer loyalty.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store beauty events in partnership with brand partners.
• Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Uphold impeccable personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.
• Support stock control, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the wider store management team to maximise overall store performance.
• Consistently champion FLANNELS' culture, values, and brand image.

THE PERSON

• Luxury beauty experience preferred; strong luxury or trend-led retail experience essential.
• Delivers authentic, personalised, standout customer service.
• Flexible to work across days, evenings, weekends, and events.

Additional Information

• Basic rate salary £35,222 per annum
