In this Role, you'll get to

Partner Acquisition and Renewal

• Acquire new partners and manage or renew contracts with attractions and tour operators.

• Collaborate with the internal Operations team to ensure seamless product onboarding.

Key Account Management:

• Foster strong relationships through regular reporting and meetings.

• Maintain competitive advantages in product coverage, pricing, inventory etc.

• Develop and negotiate marketing plans with key partners.

Project Development:

• Identify and implement projects to boost market share growth and enhance brand presence.

Additional Tasks:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tourist boards, ticketing systems, and main industry players:

• Leverage joint PR efforts with new acquisition to increase industry reputation,

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Visionary and highly organized with resilience, a strong track record of logic-based decision-making, and the ability to drive results and sustainable business growth
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in OTAs of Tours & Tickets segment. Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key tours operators and tourism administrative authorities in East Europe.
  • Adaptable in multicultural and fast-paced environments
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
