The Job Role

• Bars Manager to oversee a busy hotel operation with 4 outlets
• Bars Manager who can motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers
• Manage suppliers and menus across the estate.

The Requirements

• Ideally within a similar role currently or have previous experience in a high volume bar manager role
• Experience of working within a busy operation and managing both permanent and casual staff
• A Bars Manager who enjoys training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
• The successful Bars Manager will have exceptional cocktail knowledge
• An ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling
