The Job Role

• Bar Manager to lead the drinks offering for a brand new, restaurant and cocktail bar
• Bar Manager who can motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers
• Bar Manager with a passion for cocktails and knowledgable about wine, to create menus

The Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior supervisor in a high-volume, fast-paced venue, ideally within a premium concept
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and wine, with a passion for quality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
