The Job Role

• Bar Manager to oversee a small modern restaurant bar
• Bar manager to provide exceptional service to guests at the highest standard
• Bar Manager to manage the Bar and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other duties.
• Bar Manager that is willing to lead front the front and guide his team to produce high quality food.
• Bar Manager that has good cocktail and wine knowledge and previous experience in a similar role.

The Requirements

• Ideally within a similar role currently or have previous experience in a restaurant
• A Bar Manager who enjoys training and developing staff to ensure they deliver the best and are able to work within a variety of environments.
• A Bar Manager that has exceptional standards and attention to detail
• A Bar Manager that is able to create and develop menus alongside the General manager.
