- Recent experience working in a healthcare environment. Previous caring experience
- Competent in a range of clinical competencies relevant to the ward/department area
Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Understanding of confidentiality in the work place
- Good interpersonal skills

Essential criteria

Education / Qualification
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of care procedures acquired through a base level of theoretical knowledge to level 3
- Care Certificate.
