The Package

• £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
• 40 hours a week
• Monday - Friday
• Hours - 8am - 4pm
• Free meals on shift
• Uniform provided

• 28 days holiday

The Job Role

• Back of House Manager to ensure all equipment is packed and cleaned thoroughly.
• The Back of House Manager to carry out quality checks including to identify damaged and faulty equipment.
• To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 15.
• To maintain all chemical and equipment stock levels and keep track of orders and deliveries.
• Back of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and maintaining standards across and between shifts within the teams to ensure optimum performance is achieved.

The Requirements

• A proven track record of managing a team.
• Back of House Manager with a key eye for detail.
• Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken english.
