Qualifications
Essential criteria
- BSc honours degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with the Health & Care Professions Council
Desirable criteria
- PQ study relevant to post
Training and Experience
Essential criteria
- Evidence of complex case management & problem solving approach
- Broad clinical experience as a Band 5 therapist with some understanding or experience of working within a community setting
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of successful working within a community setting
Planning and Organisation skil
Essential criteria
- Ability to support more junior staff in caseload co-ordination, organising, delegating and prioritisation.
- Evidence of being self -motivated with excellent organisational skills, planning skills and time management skills.
Other skills
Essential criteria
- Evidence of involvement in project work or service development
- Evidence of understanding & experience of working across organisational boundaries
Desirable criteria
- Experience of supervising junior staff and/ or students
