LOCATION: Fully Remote

JOB PURPOSE: The role is responsible for leading the marketing efforts and helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. It is a hands-on marketing role who is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing strategies, campaign activities and support the bigger picture revenue goal of the business. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing, branding, and client acquisition strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement comprehensive marketing strategies for growth, lead and demand generation and customer retention.
  • Executing all aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Managing data quality and CRM strategies to generate leads and achieve department targets.
  • Supporting the delivery of impressive events that align seamlessly with the EAK's brands.
  • Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

SKILLS

  • Experience running multiple types of campaigns leveraging different types of lead magnets.
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience of B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, Canva, HubSpot, WebFlow and WordPress
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Experience and interest in Web3 preferred.
