Your Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Axiom Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of AxiomSL-based regulatory reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView, strong understanding of financial and regulatory reporting requirements, and proven experience in leading end-to-end delivery of Axiom projects.

• Lead the design and implementation of AxiomSL solutions for regulatory and financial reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Axiom accordingly.
• Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and report templates within Axiom ControllerView.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness across all reporting processes.
• Manage end-to-end Axiom implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Axiom developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Basel III, IFRS9, and Dodd-Frank.
• Continuously optimize Axiom processes and stay updated on regulatory changes impacting reporting frameworks.

Your Profile:

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in AxiomSL ControllerView development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks such as Basel, Liquidity, Capital, and Credit Risk.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data integration techniques.
• Skilled in working with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in the financial services or banking domain.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and data lake architectures.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
