Overview

We're now looking for an AV Senior Account Executive to join our AV team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class TV, Video, YouTube and AV campaigns.
As an AV Senior Account Executive, you'll support the AV Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts while taking real ownership of AV buying and planning.
Responsibilities
- Buy and deliver high-quality TV and AV campaigns, including Video and YouTube
- Lead TV buying negotiations, escalating challenges and opportunities when needed
- Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring buying excellence and best practice
- Own financial accuracy, PCA collation, and AV admin processes
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Data, Content and Investment teams
- Stay ahead of AV market trends across TV, SVOD, Cinema and Video
Qualifications
- Experience in implementational planning and AV buying
- Strong understanding of the AV marketplace and media dynamics
- Working knowledge of buying systems (e.g. Caria, Prisma, MediaOcean, TechEdge, AdDynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large data sets
- Strong communication skills and existing media owner relationships
- Curiosity, energy, and a genuine passion for the media industry
