This is a field-based national role, covering 50 Grosvenor sites across the UK & will require weekly travel.

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and control effectiveness across our renowned Grosvenor venues?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Audit Support Manager to join the Grosvenor operational leadership team. You'll spearhead the implementation of a robust monitoring program, identifying and addressing key control weaknesses at each venue.

Your proactive approach will involve crafting and executing improvement plans, encompassing coaching, and process design to fortify our control environment.

As our Audit Support Manager, you'll conduct venue support visits and periodic monitoring to guarantee adherence to policies and procedures. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in identifying issues, which you'll communicate promptly to the Operations Director alongside comprehensive remediation plans.

Collaborating closely with General Managers, you'll implement improvement plans efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring timely actions.Additionally, you'll be the guardian of policy relevance and accessibility, ensuring all teams can easily access and adhere to updated procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous industry experience.
  • Experience of providing an oversight and monitoring process and driving out plans as a result to optimise performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Resilient self-starter with an ability to work independently to bring a task to a conclusion.
  • Inquiring attitude with a desire to bring real commercial benefits to this role.
  • A background of working within an operational environment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be desirable.
