About the Role
We are looking for an Audit Point Controller to join our Europe Logistics team on a permanent basis at our Shieldhall site in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring production accuracy, maintaining stock integrity and supporting smooth site operations.
Your responsibilities will include auditing production volumes, maintaining and updating the daily production schedule, managing On Hold and damaged stock, supporting palletiser operations, and collaborating with site services and engineering teams to resolve any mechanical issues. You will also ensure compliance through SAP processes, Track & Trace and daily production meetings.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-orientated and proactive, who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant production operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the daily production schedule, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.
- Audit production volumes across all lines to ensure accuracy, including downdating/transferring data through FLT scans to SAP.
- Support palletiser operations with kitting lists and instructions for pallet usage.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between palletiser and despatch volumes, and manage On Hold or damaged stock to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with site services, Electrician, and Engineering teams to address any mechanical issues.
- Handle SAP processes including clearing IDOCs, printing pallet tickets when required, and calculating load configurations.
- Participate in daily Move and Make T2 meetings to support production planning and coordination.
Shift Pattern
This role is a Double Day Shift position:
- Early shift week: Monday to Thursday 05:30 to 14:00, Fri 05:30 to 11:30
- Back shift week: Monday to Thursday 14:00 to midnight
Please note: while this vacancy is for Double Days, there is a possibility that a Weekend Shift position may also become available in the near future. If that happens, we may be in touch with you to discuss your interest in being considered for the weekend shift role.
About You

- Familiarity with PC packages and basic IT systems
- Experience using control systems or similar production tools
- Previous experience in a production or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to work the shifts as outlined above
