We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our department and help shape a local service whilst building networked expertise across the 3 hospital sites (Basildon, Broomfield and Southend).

Main duties of the job
If you are successful, some of your duties will include:
- Leading service provision and staff working within the service
- Developing and adapting the service, working in conjunction with the existing team, the Head of Audiological Services and the ENT Clinical Lead.
- Work as a network to develop and manage changes to practice and establish new ways of working .
- Ensure key targets are met for the local service.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MSc Audiology or equivalent experience
- Registered with AHCS / HCPC (Clinical Scientist)
Desirable criteria
- Leadership or management qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Significant and recent post qualification experience in sub-section area
- Significant and recent experience in managing highly complete and non-routine cases
- Experience of staff line management - demonstrated in work history
- Experience in Audit Projects - demonstrated in work history
- Good level of knowledge in a specialist area - demonstrated in supporting information
- Experience in leading service developments in NHS Audiology Services - demonstrated in work history
