- To provide expert knowledge of IQIP requirements.
- To collate required performance and quality information in a timely manner.
- To collate defined audit reports in collaboration with Head of Audiology.
- Provide administrative support to Audiology Leads for IQIPS-associated tasks, as well as administrative support related to any other improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain a system to record, monitor and track project progress and the related activities and actions within the department.

- GCSE or equivalent for English & Maths Grade C and above
Experience

- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Forms, Excel, PowerBI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Database management & creation

- Report writing and data management & display
