• To provide expert knowledge of IQIP requirements.
• To collate required performance and quality information in a timely manner.
• To collate defined audit reports in collaboration with Head of Audiology.
• Provide administrative support to Audiology Leads for IQIPS-associated tasks, as well as administrative support related to any other improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain a system to record, monitor and track project progress and the related activities and actions within the department.

Essential criteria

• GCSE or equivalent for English & Maths Grade C and above

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Forms, Excel, PowerBI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Database management & creation
• Project management
• Audit
• Report writing and data management & display

Desirable criteria

• Management & Leadership experience
