An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Experience team working with a high profile client. The role of AV Engineer is a technical position that requires the individual to possess a basic understanding of this area of expertise, as well as business objectives and system requirements. Candidates must possess an effective blend of work experience, education and training in all essential functions. 

 

Your role

•    Point of contact for Conference Room queries
•    Complete monthly audits (50% of estate)
•    Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
•    Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
•    Maintain End User Guides

Your skills and experience

•    Expected to have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
•    Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
•    Demonstrate that you are multi-disciplined, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on the job training
•    Demonstrate that you have strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
•    Demonstrates behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised

Your security clearance

Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. 
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
