We're looking for an Audience Planning Specialist to support the development and delivery of audience planning standards across Personalisation. You'll help ensure all audience strategies are customer‑centric, value‑led, and consistent, acting as a subject matter expert for audience quality and best practice.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
- Build, refresh, and document audiences using agreed standards, templates, and reusable patterns
- Ensure audience quality by applying best practice, governance, and QA checks before activation
- Maintain accurate, well‑structured, and consistently named audience libraries
- Support and coach stakeholders and Audience Managers on effective audience briefing and usage
- Link audience design to campaign outcomes, tracking performance and feeding insights into improvements
You will need
- 1-2 years' experience in a data, marketing, analytics, or CRM environment
- Strong attention to detail with logical, structured thinking
- Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, or measurement
- Comfortable working with templates, guidelines, and playbooks
- Ability to follow standards and apply them consistently
- Clear communicator with a willingness to ask questions and learn
