Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a 'good school with outstanding features' by Ofsted in December 2023. As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning.

We are looking for a diligent, honest and hard-working colleague who will be committed to improving whole school attendance outcomes and reduce persistent absenteeism.

The role will involve working with children, parents and carers to improve attendance and achievement. In return we offer the opportunity to work in an innovative and supportive environment, working as part of a wider team of school based and external professionals.

You will need a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English, strong use of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to manage a small team.
