The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ASV Project Manager to lead the deployment and integration of groundbreaking Autonomous Surface Vessel technologies. If you're ready to shape the future of offshore wind services on a global scale, this is the opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of ASV projects, from initiation through to handover to operational teams.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the seamless integration of ASV technology with existing systems.
  • Track project progress, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in ASV project delivery.

You should apply if you have:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine science, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the marine, offshore, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ASV technologies and their applications in offshore wind projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to varying project demands.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ROV and/or AUV operations is highly desirable.
