As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a Senior or Associate FF&E Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer with strong leadership skills, an impeccable eye for detail, and a passion for creating world-class residential interiors.

Role Overview:

The Senior / Associate FF&E Designer will lead the design, sourcing, and delivery of all FF&E elements across multiple high-end residential projects. Working closely with the Creative Director and wider design team, this role will take responsibility for the full FF&E process - from concept to installation - ensuring every detail reflects the studio's vision and the client's lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FF&E design on multiple luxury residential projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and present FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with the project vision and client brief.
  • Oversee selection, specification, and procurement of all FF&E items, including bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
  • Manage FF&E budgets, quotations, and procurement schedules with precision.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, and workshops to ensure the highest quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior FF&E designers and assistants.
  • Prepare and present client presentations, including mood boards, sample trays, and specification packs.
  • Work collaboratively with the architectural and interior design teams to ensure FF&E integrates seamlessly with the overall design.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations as required.
  • Maintain and develop the studio's materials and supplier library.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in FF&E design, with proven experience in high-end residential or private client projects.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, bespoke furniture makers, and artisans (UK and international).
  • Exceptional eye for design detail, materiality, and craftsmanship.
  • Experience managing large FF&E budgets and overseeing procurement processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with polished client presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; experience with EstiPC or similar FF&E procurement software a plus.
  • A degree in Interior Design or related field.
