We're looking for a driven Associate or Senior Associate to join our expanding Specialist Liability team. We are based in London and Newcastle and the team deals with the defence of sensitive and complex public and employers' liability claims for public sector and other clients and their insurers.
You'll play a key role in supporting a high - quality defendant caseload and have the opportunity to progress, with hands - on mentoring, and ongoing professional development designed to support your long - term career growth.

Team
Our national practice delivers specialist personal injury services from seven offices across the UK. We handle complex, high - value and high - profile claims, led by Partners who are widely recognised as market leaders in this field.

Required experience
- 5+ years' PQE with relevant experience in personal injury litigation*
- Strong understanding of defendant personal injury claims (public liability experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a complex and varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and experience working effectively within a team environment
