Job Description
The Associate Project Manager (APM) is responsible for assisting the project management team in scheduling and monitoring the development of Topps collectables. This position interfaces with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of all deliverables. The APM reports to the Project Manager. This is a full-time role, based on-site in our Milton Keynes office Monday through Thursday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Manager and ensure the adherence to project milestones from all contributors and the delivery of all Topps projects on schedule
- Assist in developing and publishing comprehensive milestone, design and prepress schedules for approximately 100 projects annually.
- Monitor progress and prioritize cross-functional teams of brand managers, editors, design, sales, finance, prepress and production to ensure products are developed on time and to quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager in reporting project status to Senior Management and escalating critical issues for resolution.
- Schedule and attend preproduction meetings with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee sales order process to support the delivery of orders on schedule and with all supporting information.
- Maintain and update prepress schedules and status documents.
- Identify missing deliverables and escalate issues for resolution.

Skills & Abilities:
- Establish and maintain a strong leadership presence.
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills. Able to provide information thoroughly and accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, command multiple projects and effectively determine priorities.
- Proficient in Excel.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
