As the Associate Merchandiser Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality business analytics while driving the simplification and continuous improvement of processes and reporting.

Working within the Home & Clothing Central Team, you will collaborate closely with Commercial functions, including Merchandising, to ensure all solutions are aligned with user needs and expectations.

You will build and maintain strong relationships across Commercial teams to deliver robust, reliable solutions. Adopting an Agile approach, you'll enable the rapid delivery of business value and remain responsive to evolving priorities.

You will be responsible for
•Support in the collation of business reporting requirements.
•Analyse existing reports and optimize them for standardisation across Home & Clothing
•Balance the requirements of granular data with report performance.
•Support the delivery of regular reporting and analytical requirements of the business
•Develop Tools and produce relevant training documentation for new and existing ways of working
•Facilitating the simplification and standardisation across Home and Clothing
•Producing Dashboard or summaries that display relevant information in the most user-friendly and creative way
•Present enhancements and new features to users to ensure successful adoption and foster positive engagement

You will need
•Strong technical and problem-solving skills
•Good commercial understanding of the Buying and Merchandising process
•Good understanding of coding languages e.g., SQL and VBA
•Experience with BI tools e.g., Tableau
•Familiar with Microsoft Suite e.g. Excel, Co-pilot
•Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues effectively between business users and technical experts
•Effectively manage stakeholder expectations
•Support the training and roll-out of Tools
