The Clients and Industries (C&I) strategy is a key enabler of the GES vision; aiming to build enviable client loyalty with the largest and most influential clients, such that these clients will turn first to Deloitte when faced with challenges. You will be joining Global Employer Services and work with Industry Partners across Mobility and Reward, specifically focusing on growth strategy, targeting, retentions and broader data analytics. You will play a key role in driving progress against the FY26 strategic priorities and beyond to enable our practice to keep winning in the market and maintain our number one position. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy and deliver tangible outcomes by using data to provide deep insights on our GTM campaigns, opportunity pipeline and revenue performance.

We are looking for a leader focused on targeting and retention to provide deep insights on our go to market strategy and approach, sales pipeline and financial performance. In this role you will be working with UK Partners and collaborating with industry and proposition leaders to design, develop and deliver best in class insights and shape the direction of our growth and Industry strategy.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Working closely with the GES C&I Partner to embed a successful targeting and retentions approach, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to interpret the performance and impact of priority propositions on our key clients and sectors across Mobility & Reward practices.
  • Supporting Proposition and Industry leads with analysis and insights to support go to market activities, performance interventions and investment decisions.
  • Providing insight beyond standard reporting - generating meaningful and actionable insights and putting forward data driven recommends to further improve the client experience and grow GES revenue performance.
  • Advising on robust, achievable KPIs for GES GTM activity to highlight business critical return on targeting based on internal & external benchmarks
  • Working with GES Growth teams to ensure accurate ongoing data collection and reporting methods to enable client teams to move quickly in market to capitalise on competitive advantage
  • Collaborating with Central Marketing, Digital, Client feedback teams as well as wider resources as needed to successfully deliver holistic insight
  • Streamline and manage the monthly development of GES targeting performance reporting, generating analysis and insights to provide leadership with the information they need to make strategic decisions about the health and growth of our business
  • Collaborating with central Tax & Legal C&I teams on broader firm and tax-wide initiatives, as well as being the ambassador for the official salesforce tool.

Your professional experience:

  • You will have worked in a marketing, business development, client portfolio, internal engagement or communications role previously
  • You will be comfortable and confident working with data analytics to identify market themes and to evaluate success
  • You will be very used to working within a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • You'll be experienced in writing compelling internal communications content that engages people
  • You'll have had international experience, working with colleagues outside of your domestic geography
  • You have broad knowledge of the reward and mobility industry, as well as operate and advisory services.

Essential:

  • You must have marketing, business development, engagement/communications or client portfolio experience
  • You will have experience of working within large, complex partnership environments or within professional services
  • You are energised by team work, thinking collaboratively, leveraging the strengths of others you work with but be equally happy to work autonomously and independently
  • Experienced in delivering targeting programmes, campaigns and activities
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and leaders within the business
  • Demonstrable experience of working across a number of geographies, working with colleagues across a number of countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident to present content and data to senior stakeholders
  • Experience of reporting and using data analytics to spot trends and themes, draw conclusions and track progress
