Role Purpose

An Agency role to assist on major leasing projects and other instructions in the Central London Retail & F&B team, focusing on F&B and leisure, but involved with many projects jointly with the retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a key part of the leasing team on some of London's major leasing instructions including the likes of Battersea Power Station, Marylebone High Street, Borough Yards, Paddington Square, The Sidings Waterloo

• Help identify, secure and negotiate terms with a range of F&B operators from international brands, mainstream chains through to nice independent operators.

• Coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns on behalf of our landlord instructions

• Negotiate lettings and agree heads of terms, monitoring transactions through to legal completion

• Conducting inspections & formulating both marketing and acquisition reports

• Reporting to clients verbally, in writing and attending meetings as required

• Keeping the team up to date with new and exciting F&B operators and openings across London, the UK and internationally

• Assisting senior colleagues on instructions as necessary

• Assisting in the preparation of pitches for business development

Person Specification/Requirements

• F&B agency experience, ideally experience of the Central London restaurant but possibly also the retail market

• Self-motivated and ability to work in a team and wider teams

• Flexible approach to work and ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met

• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients

• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
