Job Description
Are you a Project Manager who is looking to work on fast-paced, complex, client-facing, end-to-end delivery and cutting edge fit out projects for blue chip FTSE 500 clients?
If so, we are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Someone with a proven track record in managing commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on stakeholder management, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring all works are carried out in line with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
We are friendly, busy and motivated with an established track record of successfully delivering local and overseas projects. Some of our flagship work in recent years includes;
Investment Banks, a multi-nation tech firm, UBS, Eversheds, TfL, 22 Bishopsgate, Knightsbridge Estates, Palace of Westminster, Southbank Place, Arctic Science centres, The Bank of England, BBC Broadcasting House.
Here's what you'll do:
- Manage one or more moderately complex Fit Out project, involving a combination of the following:
- Team management and mentoring junior staff
- Managing multiple stakeholders
- Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Stakeholder management and Client facing
- Works collaboratively with both internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability)
- Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.

Qualifications
As the successful applicant, you will have the following experience and qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in fit out project management
- You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects.
- Pre and post contract project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive)
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
- Robust Stakeholder Management process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree
- Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
- APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
- Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential
