Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NMC registered Adult Nurse
- Masters or Equivalent or working towards
- NMC mentorship/practice supervisor/assessor qualification
- Education qualification e.g. PG Cert/Dip
- Leadership qualification or significant managerial experience
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of designing and delivering clinical education
- Developing evaluation, RoI, KPIs and impact measures for education and training interventions
- People management experience
- Experience at working in partnership with a range of external organisations and contractors to deliver education programmes
- Experience of leading and delivering change across a large, complex organisation
- Up to date knowledge of current regulatory frameworks for pre- and post-registration training
Desirable criteria
- Experience of commissioning and contract management of external suppliers within the public sector
Skills
Essential criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
- Excellent project and programme management skills
- Data analysis and presentation
- Open to new ways of working Skills in facilitation and chairing meetings with a range of stakeholder
- Ability to use IT effectively
