NMC registered Midwife

Essential criteria

  • Substantial experience of senior management
  • Masters or equivalent leadership certificate or clinical experience
  • Evidence of service change
  • Evidence of extensive operational management

Desirable criteria

  • Previous HoM/ ADoM experience
  • Experience of working clinically at band 7 level

Essential

  • Substantial experience of finance and budgets
  • Evidence of working with internal & external stakeholders
  • Evidence of varied clinical experience across maternity services
  • Ability to co-ordinate and liaise with multidisciplinary services at senior level
  • Experience working at senior levels across different organisations
  • Experience of clinical governance

Desirable criteria

  • Experience of co-production and working with MNVP
  • Experience managing multi disciplinary workforce
