Role overview

The Associate Director will be pivotal in turning research into impactful insights and developing strong and enduring client partnerships.

What will I be doing?

  • Delivering impactful end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects
  • Significantly contributing to innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs
  • Building capability within the team, including on-the-job mentoring and coaching
  • Starting to build enduring client partnerships at the trusted advisor level
  • Supporting on driving development and growth across our key clients

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • A passion and curiosity for healthcare with strong interest in continuously developing healthcare knowledge and expertise.
  • Enjoying the challenge of breaking down complex briefs, and working collaborative to turn it into engaging studies with impactful results.
  • Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through delivery of excellent projects
  • Ability to lead complex multi-country studies across a range of methodologies for pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines.
  • Significant knowledge and understanding of the principles of quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research techniques combined with a willingness to upskill on new and developing approaches.
  • Interest in working with across a range of clients and diseases.
  • Interest and ability to support on account development activities.
  • Experience line managing and/or on-the-job coaching on projects.
  • Experience with more innovative methods will be a positive addition to your application: e.g. social intelligence analytics, generative AI.
