Overview

We're looking for an Associate Director to join our team for a 14 month Fixed-Term Contract - leading on some of our largest accounts, developing our expert client services team, and supporting the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day relationship with the client
  • Actively seeking opportunities for further account development
  • Taking ownership of problem solving perceived or potential issues
  • Building relationships with project clients and senior client leads
  • Building partnerships internally across all agency capabilities
  • Providing guidance and motivation to the wider team
  • Line managing supporting account team
  • Representing brand team at key agency meetings
  • Monitoring revenue and profitability to ensure they are on track
  • Collaborating with Project Management team on project scopes and forecasts

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience within a creative healthcare agency, working at Associate Director level.
  • Extensive experience leading global pharmaceutical accounts
  • Proven experience with delivering creative-first campaigns and launches
  • Autonomous, collaborative and inclusive in your approach
  • Proven experience at building businesses through organic growth and new business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly developed team building and interpersonal skills

Please note: our teams work 4 days a week from our office, and 1 from home.
