Stripe Communications is on the hunt for an established, ambitious, smart-thinking Associate Director to join the London team, for a fixed term contract Mat Cover role.

Responsibilities / Position overview

ROLE IMPERATIVES

  • No less than 6 years' experience working in the PR sector including agency and or inhouse
  • Experience of working on a broad cross section of consumer clients and brands
  • An appetite to deliver stand out results for clients
  • A proven track record in senior stakeholder management and problem solving
  • Experience in effectively managing budgets
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically on behalf of clients, to deliver stand out plans and results
  • Strong media contacts across traditional and new media outlets including print, broadcast and online
  • Passion, commitment and enthusiasm for what they do

ROLE INCLUDES

  • Developing and delivering strategic and creative plans which meet client briefs and expectations
  • Leading account teams day to day ensuring activity is delivered to the expected standard and timelines
  • Providing senior guidance and counsel to clients
  • Owning key client relationships; growing, developing and cementing contacts
  • Financial accountability including the management of fee and expenses budgets
  • Management of account profitability including allocation of resource and hours across the team in line with agreed client budgets and managing service levels
  • Supporting on new business pitches and lead generation
  • Identifying and converting incremental growth opportunities across existing clients
  • Accountability for quality control across all client work
