ESG-BRM is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our London office.
This exciting role is based within the Business & Relationship Management (BRM) department reporting to a Senior Director, focusing on ESG business development.
The Associate Director position is within the EMEA Corporates BRM Team, which is responsible for the growth and development of the ESG products portfolio.

We'll Count on You To:
- Work closely with the senior business originators and other team members in the EMEA region to implement Fitch's business strategy and initiatives relating to ESG ratings, Second Party Opinions, Transition Assessments and other ESG related services.
- Researching and prospecting new ESG Rating, SPO and Transition Assessment targets for the EMEA Issuer team
- Execute and/or support various outreach initiatives (conferences, seminars, webinars, analyst meetings etc) to strengthen Fitch's market visibility on ESG
- Creative idea development for new marketing angles
What You Need to Have:
- The successful candidate will have a background and experience in ESG, developed either in an ESG or credit rating agency, an Investment Firm or a debt capital market role.
- A keen interest in Environmental, Social and Governance matters
- English language skills are essential - ability to travel as required

- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and market participants on ESG, sustainable finance and other important industry issues
- Track record in developing new business and growing revenue streams for new products
- An energetic self-starter and team player who is capable and articulate with good interpersonal skills
