Your new role

Reporting to our Head of ESG and Stewardship, Europe, you would be taking on a brand-new Associate Director seat in London, assisting in the integration of material Environmental, Social and Governance factors into the investment portfolio to maximize the investment outcomes of AustralianSuper members.

Joining a small team that covers all asset classes, the Fund is looking for a hands-on ESG and Stewardship specialist with duties and experience of:

  • Public and Private investments markets (Real Assets, Equities etc)
  • Good track record incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance issues into investments.
  • Working within a Fund Manager/Asset Owner type work environment
  • Engaging with Boards and Committees
  • Assisting across different types of transactions and deals
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • A strong passion for sustainability and ESG topics
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge across various ESG and investment frameworks

This role is based on-site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
