The Team

As Associate Director, EMEA Regional People Operations Lead, you'll steer operational excellence across the region, driving efficiency, elevating service delivery, and bringing the Global People Organisation's (GPO) strategy to life. With your deep experience in operations, ideally in professional services, you'll ensure our people services run seamlessly and consistently across EMEA.

Reporting to the EMEA People Lead and collaborating closely with the Global People Operations team, this role will lead a team of covering Onboarding and Offboarding, Contingent Workforce Operations, Leave of Absence, Managing Director Operations, and In-Country Operations.

How you will contribute

  • Lead, develop and oversee day-to-day operations of People Service professionals across multiple countries
  • Implement operational strategies aligned with EMEA business goals
  • Monitor and analyse EMEA operational metrics and KPIs
  • Manage regional operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices taking into consideration various country nuances
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership and country operations leads to address operational needs, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of People Services
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across EMEA
  • Ensure solutions are adaptable to different cultural and regulatory environments
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement within the People Services function

Qualifications

  • A number of years experience in operations management, with experience in a leadership role
  • Previous Workday experience is preferred
  • Experience in the professional services sector with strong understanding of client service delivery is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams across EMEA
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent project management and change management skills
