Associate Director - Economic Analysis and Evaluation - FTC
Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Requirements:
Experience
- Significant track record in delivering economic analysis and evaluation work
- Deep knowledge of Public Sector Evaluation requirements- Magenta, Aqua and Green Books
- Knowledge of public sector report requirements for evaluation work.
- Track record in delivering evaluation/economic work for Government Departments, in particular Quasi Experimental Design and ideally RCTs
- Knowledgeable on publicly available data sets that are available to support evaluation work for public sector Departments.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to deliver projects to budgets, timescales and the quality required by clients.
- Able to adapt to different working environments.
Skills/ Expertise
- Excellent research skills and expertise.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively.
- Able to show leadership to team members on economic evaluation and analysis technical issues.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Must be able to demonstrate during the 3 months that they are able to write robust proposals in a timely manner.
- Open to receiving and actioning feedback.
