Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)

THE ROLEIn this position you manage BBB's direct equity valuation function as part of the wider Portfolio Operations Middle Office team. You will be responsible for managing the team, driving the strategy for BBB's equity valuation capability and planning and delivering the activity and operating model. This will also include delivering the insource of the Future Fund process from PWC, transitioning to a BAU process and embedding alongside BBB's existing equity valuation capability.

Working closely with, and managing relationships across internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure robust and documented valuation processes are implemented across BBB and executed on a quarterly basis feeding into BBB's valuation process, and looking for further opportunity to extend the support across BBB's portfolio becoming the centre of expertise. The role will include the oversight of the management of the team of c.10 FTE.

With a good understanding of financial assets valuation, and excellent data analysis, interpretation and judgement skills you will also be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and experience of operational aspects of fund management. Experience in building financial models and managing teams is also required.
