• Significant experience working in Investment Management, including significant knowledge of back and/or middle office capabilities and key trends impacting these capabilities in the market.
• Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Investment Managers.
• Experience in outsourced models in Investment Management, including experience of Asset Servicers.
• A track record of designing, delivering and leading transformational change in the Investment Management & Wealth market.
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed.
• Broad network in operations functions across Investment Managers, technology providers, and Asset Servicers.
• Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
• Have a "can do" attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate.
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference.

Essential:

• Demonstrable experience in delivering technology transformation on Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Hedge Fund clients through various ways of working, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and a broad range of individuals and teams across various disciplines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and make sound judgments in situations with incomplete information.
• Strong understanding of Data Management, the lifecycle of data and relationships across multiple data entities (Securities, prices, positions, accounts, legal entities, etc.).
• Experience owning large sections of (consulting) bids and responding to RFI/RFP's.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with senior investment staff.
• Asset Class knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Derivatives, etc.
• Data Management or similar platform configuration experience

Desirable:

• Appreciation of emerging technology and trends within Investment and Wealth Management.
• Experience in process improvement and Target Operating Model design.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong SQL Skills.
• Experience supporting medium or large delivery projects and programs.
• Recognised professional certification(s). AgilePM, Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe or ITIL.
• Industry certifications such as Snowflake, CFA (Charted Financial Analyst), IMC (Investment Management Certificate), IOC (Investment Operations Certificate)
• Internal or external consultancy experience
