Role overview

Building on several years of growth, we have ambitious targets for the future - you will play a key role in helping us meet these targets. You will lead the team in the overall execution and delivery of a wide range of projects, both continuous and ad hoc, across a variety of clients and sectors.

The Ipsos Creative Excellence team work with an envious list of the world's leading brands, across a wide variety of sectors (including Entertainment, Technology, FMCG, Travel, Finance, Fashion and Retail). Our work spans the whole creative development cycle, from early-stage campaign development to pre-testing and post campaign evaluation studies.

What will I be doing?

  • Taking a lead in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships and getting involved in growing the business.
  • Working with, and leading, key account teams to ensure client needs are met through successful delivery of high-quality fieldwork, accurate and timely data, powerful insights and recommendations, as well as on-going project developments.
  • Working closely with clients to ensure you fully understand their business, motivations and the impact of your work. Through building great relationships you'll use your knowledge to contribute towards winning new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Along with a Director, you'll lead sizeable project teams here in the UK. Part of your responsibility will include managing & motivating the project teams to ensure efficient and profitable research execution, alongside line management and development of junior members of the team. You'll also have active involvement in the recruitment of new team members.
  • As some of our accounts are global, you'll work closely with our colleagues in Ipsos offices across the globe, including international fieldwork and client service teams.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider initiatives across the business including thought leadership pieces. We encourage all our researchers to push and stretch themselves, to be the best they can be.

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Experience in quantitative market research or consumer insights at least at Research Manager level but you may already be an Associate Director.
  • A passion for brand and comms.
  • Proven experience of meeting client's needs.
  • Adept at managing your time and multi-task with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Enjoy managing multiple projects.
  • Experience of managing, developing and motivating individuals and teams.
  • Solid research skills including questionnaire & study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative and an excellent team player, contributing to our very positive team culture!

The Creative Excellence Service Line helps our clients attain best-in-class advertising that drives business results. We do this by aiding Creative Development (help with creating advertising), Creative Assessment (help with assessing advertising and providing guidance to improve it) and Creative In-Market (ad tracking once the advertising is launched).
