Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Associate Director in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management with a Health & Education focus. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend alinea as the #1 Cost Consultant in London. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend alinea.

Qualifications
- A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the Health & Education space
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
