Your Role:

As Associate Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping planning strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the delivery of complex projects. You'll be empowered to:

• Provide expert planning advice to clients across all stages of the planning process
• Manage, mentor and support junior team members
• Lead on planning applications, appeals, site appraisals, and stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
• Be a driving force in the growth and success of the consultancy

What We're Looking For:

• MRTPI-qualified town planner with significant UK consultancy experience
• Proven track record in managing major planning projects
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
