As part of our Delivery and Project Management Office (PMO), you'll join a team that drives excellence in delivery execution, standardises methodologies, and fosters continuous improvement across complex initiatives.This role will support the Visual Dispensing Toolbox (VDT) Replacement Project - a global programme introducing next-generation in-store dispensing technology. You'll help modernise how store teams assist customers with lens and frame selection, enabling accurate digital measurements and lens demonstrations.
We're looking for someone who loves solving problems and takes ownership of outcomes. You'll collaborate across teams - QA, Change, Product & more - to keep delivery on track and ensure everything runs smoothly. Curiosity and courage are key here: you'll ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and embrace learning every day.
