Associate - Debt Capital Markets

As a Senior Debt Capital Market Analyst you will be part of a team of 7 DCM professionals. You will sit within the broader Treasury team which is responsible for maintaining the liquidity and funding for the Together Group. Debt Capital Market is a dynamic, fast paced team where both creative and critical thinking are valued and a \"can do attitude is essential\".

As a Senior Debt Capital Market Analyst you will be:

• Supporting the DCM Directors in raising and refinancing both existing and new funding vehicles
• Taking ownership of various data and analytics tasks critical to the delivery of funding transactions
• Inputting into and assisting in the review of the suite of legal documentation that underpin funding vehicles, working closely with internal and external lawyers
• Ensuring operational aspects of financing activities are understood by the relevant teams within Treasury and the wider business
• Developing knowledge and expertise in complex areas of finance and Capital Markets
• Some travel may be required to attend conferences and external meetings

Qualifications

While no direct experience in a similar role is required, the ideal candidate should have

• Up to 5 years experience in an analytical/financial setting or a relevant business degree or a relevant University Degree in a business, finance or STEM field
• Qualified/Part Qualified in a professional qualification is preferred but not essential. A variety of professional qualifications can be considered and supported as the role progresses
• Knowledge of finance, markets, mortgages and/or securitisation
• A desire to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• The right attitude and mindset, alongside a strong desire to learn is however essential.
