The Associate Change Manager will support and assist Change Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management activities across organizational projects and digital transformation initiatives. This role is designed for individuals with foundational knowledge of change management principles who are looking to develop their expertise by working closely with experienced change leaders. The Associate Change Manager plays a key supporting role in ensuring that change initiatives are delivered effectively, stakeholders are engaged, and employees are prepared for and supported through change.

What you will be doing:

Support Change Management Planning and Execution

  • Assist Change Managers in applying structured change management methodologies (such as Prosci's ADKAR Model) to project and initiative plans.
  • Help coordinate the integration of change management activities into project timelines, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of change management plans, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management plans.

Conduct Research and Analysis

  • Support the completion of change impact assessments and readiness analyses by gathering data, preparing reports, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting risks, issues, and resistance points, escalating concerns to the Change Manager as needed.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Draft and distribute communications to stakeholders under the guidance of the Change Manager, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Help organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for impacted employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain stakeholder lists, feedback logs, and communication records.

Training and Adoption Support

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources to support employee adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and user groups, reporting findings to the Change Manager for continuous improvement.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track progress against change management plans and success metrics, preparing status updates and reports for the Change Manager and project teams.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and support ongoing change adoption.

Administrative and Project Support

  • Maintain documentation, templates, and change management tools.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of change management activities, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables as required.

What you will need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a business, project support, HR, or communications role; exposure to change management.
  • Foundational understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) is desirable but not required.

Reporting Structure

The Associate Change Manager reports to a Change Manager or Senior Change Manager and works as part of a broader change management or project team. The role may involve supporting multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously, depending on organizational needs.
