Position Summary/Mission
As the brand manager associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Senior Brand Managers deliver marketing campaigns and omnichannel tactics. Your responsibilities will include managing brand initiatives in line with our brand strategies and create compelling content for digital and omnichannel campaigns. You will help manage brand projects and have accountability for your own projects too. You will help Almirall deliver brand revenue and market share targets and help us become the leading medical dermatology company
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Provide effective and efficient support to the marketing team plans and projects
- Assisting the Senior Brand Managers and Business Unit Director with preparing for business reviews
- Assisting Brand Managers with supporting and directing the sales force team
- Lead and manage brand projects
- Create and manage content to support omnichannel campaigns
- Collating and compiling data and reports, presentations etc. as needed
- Provide support in planning, coordinating, organising and managing logistics for conferences/meetings for the designated team(s) and to fully support and oversee preparations for other key internal and external meetings
- Managing Veeva upload and ongoing management of marketing material approval and delivery to the field team
- Support Purchase Order invoicing processes and budget management
Compliance
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that all company materials (promotional and non-promotional) are managed through the company approval system, Veeva
- Ensure adherence to compliance MHRA, ABPI codes of practice for the UK and equivalent in Ireland.
Events Management
- Ensure that events are set up in accordance with the relevant SOP, including stand preparation, sending invitations, correspondence and invoices for Healthcare Professionals etc.
Sales, Marketing, Value & Access Team Tasks
- Manage materials requests from Salesforce - ad hoc and monthly orders
- Value & Access team support as requested.
Required Education & Experience
- Degree level education or equivalent (science degree helpful).
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated marketing experience and flair to delivery customer solutions profitably
- Comfortable supporting Brand Managers in developing sound brand development plans
- High level of computer literacy; advanced user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Veeva PromoMats
- Possesses a broad business perspective and understanding of various business levers.
- Experience in project management.
- Autonomous with good influencing and persuasion skills.
- A team player.
- A full UK driving licence.
Skills
- Ability to work on multiple systems (SAP, MI, Veeva etc)
- Ability to support multiple people/teams
- Ability to work with remote teams, with field based and colleagues in different countries
- Ability to track, prioritise and carry out multiple tasks in parallel
- Ability to work to set templates and company processes but also demonstrate initiative where required.
