Business Development Manager - Spaces

We're looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing EMEA team in London, focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key markets and customer segments to grow our direct sales pipeline
- Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at C-level, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into marketing and sales strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT - and lead on cross-border RFPs where required
- A degree in Business, IT, or equivalent commercial/technical qualifications with relevant experience (e.g. Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager)
- Solid track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a multi-national or enterprise environment
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling into large organisations at C-level
- Deep understanding of the software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms landscape
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA
- You're proactive, goal-driven, and a confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
