Assistant to Sales Directors (m/f/d)

As the Assistant to our Sales Directors in the region Northern Europe you are responsible to assist in every day to day mission!

Role & Responsibilities

• Calendar and time management of the two Direct & Partner Sales Directors is part of your daily activities.
• Organization of internal and external meetings.
• Extensive travel planning for your Managers, create expense reports.
• Create eProcurement orders, take care of distributions lists, emails, Outlook calendars.
• Communicate and facilitate interactions with clients and internal organizations
• Prepare presentations (e.g. for sales activities) and quarterly reports.
• Support for internal and external large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Professional training as Assistant (PA) or a comparable degree.
• Ideally work experience in a complex (Sales) environment, IT/Tech industry preferred.
• Ability to build relationships one-to-one and within teams and other organizations.
• Understand priorities and manage completion of multiple requests from different sources.
• Competent in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and the ability to adhere to travel policies.
• Experienced in different digital tools (office package etc.)
• Fluent in English.
