The Job Role

• Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high quality venue
• An Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the full restaurant service for hotel guests and public
• Managing the day to day running of this beautiful restaurant
• The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team

The Requirements

• A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a restaurant setting.
• Rosette experience desired but not essential.
• Have the ability to lead from the front within busy operations
• Experience within good quality establishments
• A real passion for food and service is a must.
