The Job Role:

• Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the full spa dining from breakfast to dinner
• Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel & spa
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager
• The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team

The Requirements:

• The successful applicant will come from a Restaurant or Hotel background
• Assistant Restaurant Manager with a High volume background is desirable
• A team player who leads from the front
