The Job Role

• To maximize the hotels revenue and drive the standards of the team
• To work closely with the sales team and oversee the reservations team
• Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
• An assistant Reservations Manager to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room occupancy and revenue, along with overseeing the reservations process

The Requirements

• The ideal assistant reservations manager will have previous experience within a hotel's reservations and reception department
• Knowledge and experience with OTA's and other distribution channels
• Responsible for guiding and mentoring the Reservations team
• Experience with hotel PMS / RMS systems
