Ready to make a difference? We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team delivering a transformative flood defence scheme that will protect Bridgwater and wider Sommerset.

You will join the Bridgewater Tidal Barrier project delivery team and will either assist other Project Managers in the delivery of medium-high complexity workstreams or manage your own lower complexity workstream. You will join this project as it moves into construction phase however there would be future opportunities in this role to be involved in the entire project delivery process within the Environment Agency from strategic planning, through to feasibility, detailed design and then into construction and handover.

You will be a key part of a collaborative group that includes our supply partners, client representatives, and other technical specialists. You will develop skills in project, commercial, contract and risk management.
